Latch is a Chrome extension that helps you track subscriptions. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

Data We Store

Latch stores the following data locally on your device using Chrome's built-in sync storage:

• Website domain of tracked subscriptions
• Subscription details (name, price, renewal date)
• User preferences (notification settings)

Important: This data never leaves your device except to sync across your own Chrome browsers via your Google account's built-in sync feature. We have no access to your data.

Data We Do NOT Collect

• ❌ No personal information (name, email, address)
• ❌ No browsing history
• ❌ No payment or financial information
• ❌ No authentication credentials
• ❌ No analytics or tracking
• ❌ No data sent to external servers

Permissions

Latch requests access to specific websites solely to detect subscription checkouts. The extension does not read, record, or transmit page content.

Third Parties

Latch does not share any data with third parties. No analytics, no advertising, no data brokers.

Your Control

You can delete all Latch data at any time by uninstalling the extension.
